AudiaLearn Russian has been recently launched with Level 1 now available in either a physical edition containing 3 CDs and a 28 page printed booklet or as an electronic MP3 download. It's an all-audio course so you can learn on the go, in the gym etc and the English narrator will prompt you to speak a phrase in Russian and you will hear the correct Russian response after a pause. It contains dialog recorded at full Russian speed, then the same audio at a slower speed with translation. You will then be presented with the lesson divided into sections with each covering a different grammar or vocabularly topic. Each section is on a separate track so is convenient for commuters or to absorb material a little at a time. All the dialog and Russian responses are included in the handy Course Companion, so you can always check your response with the Russian in the booklet.
You'll also be given plenty of chances to practice the grammar and vocabulary with a dedicated section that tests your knowledge.
You'll regularly review previous material with a section called Lets Review, which also reviews material from previous lessons.
Vocabularly is re-iterated using the traditional word drills at the end of a lesson. You will hear the Russian word and you should respond with the English and then vice-versa.
